I'll take your word for it. Put into context, when compared to some of the material out there on the 'net, this scene looks like a sunday school picnic.
Not suitable for children, I agree. But thats why they have the MA rating at the beginning of the show.

Offensive maybe, but by no means is it graphic. It shows absolutely nothing other than a kiss. The crotch rub is off camera, and there is no nudity at all. It alludes to much, and there is no doubt about what is going on, but none of it other than the kiss is shown. That's not a graphic depiction.
