Other posters have been critical of the woman not adopting the dog, but somebody had it right when they said she may not be the best one to take the dog home. Six other dogs, and recovering from accident could make for disaster with a large dog like this.
Hopefully the media attention will lead to the right placement.
Shame he wasn't a pit. We need all the good press we can get.
