I wonder who gets her claim in the lawsuit over the billionaires money? With no will, does it go to the new husband? The child? What if the other guy was the biological father? I am assuming Howard K. Smith is the beneficiary otherwise.
The fight over all that money has gone on so long--and so many have died, I can't even venture a guess as to what the final outcome will be.
I don't think they actually got "legally" married.
