Entertainer David Hasselhoff has proved the least popular celebrity date this Valentine's Day, receiving no votes from 5,000 Australians polled in an online survey.
The survey, conducted by accommodation website Wotif.com asked people who they would most like to take on a romantic Valentine's Day getaway.
The top response was their partner, with other popular responses being Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria, tennis player Maria Sharapova and actors Johnny Depp and Daniel Craig.
But not one person chose the former Knight Rider and Baywatch star who is now a cult figure after a recent Hoffmania campaign in which email inboxes and television and radio shows were bombarded with jokes promoting "the Hoff".
