I didn't see Birkhead take the stand...but, if he did that, it was genius.
He DOES have a very dynamic lawyer..that is for sure.
News sources yesterday were saying how careful Stern had been to take his cup and tissues with him. Today, Birkhead's attorney rattled him big time and he forgot to take it. I was watching when Stern got up and left the cup sitting there, so I kept track of how Birkhead and his attorneys did it.
