Wouldn't he get disbarred if he did that? Does it matter?

For the moment as a convicted felon while he awaits a pardon, Scooter is disbarred. Thus at this point he can don anything he wants in regards to the Rich-Clinton case and will get his law license back once he receives a pardon.
