Are you logged on?
Okay...are you running Vista? Or are you running XP? If so...is it XP Home or XP PRO...pls advise.
I'm guessing all you need to do is reload iTunes. Go to apple.com and reload.
Apple doesn't support iTunes on Vista yet.
yeah...the only prob I have is when I click on any song link. I get this...
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Good idea from NYA. WMP = Windows Media Player...you want version 11.
How Do I Reload WMP 11?
Go to the Windows Update site and type in windows Media Player in the upper right corner box. It will give you a drop-down menu of the various configurations of WMP. Click on the one you want and download. Microsoft will verify if you are running a genuine Windows product before it will allow you to download. The rest is easy it will direct you to the next action. Good luck
When I get that message I just try to linkup again right away and it usually takes. This is on a Dell desktop running IE7
From the link you posted:
"Apple has released a new version of iTunes that addresses a number of compatibility issues with Windows Vista. iTunes 7.1 is recommended for use with most editions of Windows Vista, however, Apple is actively working with Microsoft to resolve a few remaining known issues. This document will be updated as more information becomes available.
If you are upgrading to Windows Vista or have purchased a new computer with Windows Vista pre-installed, here is some information you may find helpful:
Compatibility with Windows Vista
iTunes 7.1 addresses a number of known compatibility issues with Windows Vista. Apple is actively working with Microsoft to resolve a few remaining known issues, including:
Ejecting an iPod from Windows Explorer or the Windows notification area (system tray) using the "Safely Remove Hardware" feature may corrupt your iPod. To always safely eject an iPod, choose Eject iPod from the Controls menu within iTunes. If your iPod becomes corrupt, selecting your iPod in iTunes and clicking Restore in the iPod's Summary panel should return your iPod to a working condition.
iTunes may display text or graphics incorrectly on your screen. Resizing the iTunes window should correct this issue.
Contacts from Windows Contacts may not sync with iPod.
iTunes remains unsupported on 64 bit editions of Windows, including Windows Vista and Windows XP x64."
It's not fully supported yet
It supports the most basic functions. I believe the WMP is going to be the best work-around for right now.
This is HUGH!!!
