I 'was friends' with a guy like this once. He was nominally handsome, but a complete lackey. That was a turn off to me. He hung on to me even though I made it quite clear that I was not interested in a sexual/relationship way. He was very nice and pleasant to everyone, expressing undying love and devotion to me. He massaged my feet, at my protest. Too bad I was too young and dumb to know how to be firm with him and back him off. It's hard to be "mean" to someone who is being "nice" to you. Wanted to be a savior to me and my two kids, who he had known since birth (we were couple friends, his wife left him). We leaned on each other through our divorce and I guess he just had it in his head that we were to get together. But I always had a feeling. My mother is like "He loves you so much!" and I would just say "No he doesn't". My ex-husband was a loser in a blatant way, so they thought I just wanted a 'bad boy', not a nice guy. But I had such a FEELING.
In this time, I had two break ins. Stole my kid's Sega and games the first time and all thier Disney movies the next. Also stole something that only he knew where it was (I won't say on FR, I WAS in my 20's you know), tearing my bedroom apart in the mean time. 90% of my stuff was wood, so no fingerprints, but I KNOW he did it. He was the only one who knew where it was and it was in a very very secret spot. Too coincidental the money that was hid wasn't found, but THIS was. And he liked THIS particular thing.
Anyway, he ended asking if I needed him to move in with all the break ins, to be safe...
I knew it was him then. He freaking broke in my house to make me feel afraid so I would cling to him. I ended up turning away and he moved to another state after meeting someone while visiting family. Good. Hate that she will have to learn the hard way. But, I know how that 'sweet adoring guy' can turn ugly quick. I don't know that he would have killed me, but after 12 years? Who knows.

Ok, so now we all know, Kimmie Walther is an idiot. Of course those who watched the show knew that then. Now it's just official.
It is possible that the most credible speculation on this thread has been offered by those with "life experience".
Character judgement, intuition, instinct, combined with exposure to body language, vocal patterns, eye contact etc., are based on years of human interaction.

This little baby doesn't have a clue who is taking care of her, and it certainly isn't Howard at this time. The baby is more attached to her "nanny" IMHO.
KIMMIE knows full well that Anna wasn't ever romatically interested in Howard. And the fact that Howard won't even consider taking a DNA is "proof positive" that he never bedded Anna down. Anna wasn't that desperate.
KIMMIE is looking for a job..

FWIW, there is kind of a timeline marker I found in my notes where Steines wrote in his blog that he and KE arrived in FL at 1AM on Fri morning.
After that, I don't know about the Bahamas flight with HKS, but we can work from that, anyway.
I thought it was funny that on ShowBiz Tonight they were asking "What life lessons can be learned from the death of Anna Nicole Smith?"
I mean, come on, how many of us didn't know this stuff prior to ANS's death?
Do you remember which of ANS' female assistants sued her for sexual harrassment. Something about ANS raping her? I thought it was Kimmie Walter.
I know ANS had lipo way back, like 1992-93, but I don't know about any since then.
I do recall the story about Virgie going to see her in the hospital and that ANS didn't remember even seeing her there, but for the life of me, I don't remember when that was.
His role is likely as a "Professional Witness" in the custody suit. In other words, he was the guardian for another matter which was before another court. He can attest to any "behind the scene" behavior on the part of any party involved in that matter which might effect this matter.

I'm still confused. Is Khristine Ershovich the shrink? Because on the show she was Anna's neighbor. When did she go from being Anna and HKS's neighbor to being her shrink?

As for the chit-chat that takes place on these threads, it goes on in courtrooms too. IOW's it fills in the gaps between discussions on the case. It's a good thing.

I think the "I Hate Mommy" tape was after the interview because I don't think it was mentioned in the interview....That may be WHY Howard made that video to start with....Because Virgie didn't mention it and he thought maybe she just tossed it. Ah ha!! Got'em again!!
Here's one - but I don't know the story on why Kimmie and Anna "broke up".

Interesting that Milstein is in the Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association. This might explain his lengthy hugging with HKS. Some have suggested that HKS is gay. Wasn't there a picture of him marching in a gay pride parade? Though perhaps it was someone who looked like him?

Of course, Howard is pretty good at this blackmailing stuff and has a tape on just about everyone.
That's the big question I've been researching. ANS said she was in therapy for a number of years, but I haven't tracked down whether she ever said "who" or where this happened - but I'm still looking.
Then Dr "Kris" appeared as a "neighbor" of ANS's on the TV show. When KE was interviewed in one article, they said they talked to her in her "Studio City" office.
ANS lived in Studio City the last few years in L.A., so I figured that's what that was about as far as "neighbor," tho KE has a Beverly Hills address.
Also, I wondered if she was the shrink that Daniel was seeing, since PI Harding indicated that he was. I doubt it, because of the friendship with ANS. OTOH, I felt that perhaps KE was another "spy" to watch over Daniel in L.A. and report to ANS (meaning this in a motherly way, since he had been left with a guy, an ex of ANS's).
KE never says she was ANS's shrink or Daniel's - but then, she can't legally say that, anyway, so it's a mystery.
