I suspect the same thing myself.
While we were all so caught up in the Access Hollywood guy last night, Ted Williams was on Greta Van Susteren's show and also made an interesting comment. He said that her body was found 'all very neatly tucked in.'.....or something like that. I was hoping to see a transcript to get the quote precisely right.

Daniel pleaded for help because he was concerned about his mother's lifestyle, drugs and move to the Bahamas.
He wanted to investigate ANS relationship with Stern ~ Daniel felt Stern was controlling ANS ~ Daniel felt like a loose cog in a wheel ~ Daniel didn't like Stern and was afraid of him ~ He wanted to hire an investigator because he felt helpless ~ He blamed Stern for pushing him away
Harding described Daniel as sober, shy and weak. He didn't take the case because Daniel never contacted him again.
Investigators from the Bahamas interviewed Harding after Daniel's death because they found his business card on Daniel's body. Harding stated that ANS death was too soon (following Daniel's) to be a coincidence. He would tear everything apart to find the truth.

Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.

I had a thought while getting dressed to go out last night. I read that article and Soto had said that ANS was afraid HKS would find out she was preggers and make her abort the baby so she stuffed her face to get fat t hide the pregnancy until it was too late. My thought was - I wonder if that is what actually happened to ANS baby that she had "miscarried". What if HKS knew it was LB's baby (or at least not his) and he gave her something that handy-dandy Dr. Kapoor supplied to abort the baby without her knowing.
