1. this list was allegedly faxed by Eroshevich to Dr. Kapoor, also allegedly faxed by Eroshevich to Key Pharmacy

2. Eroshevich publically claims the fax was 'stolen'...

3. Fax is also allegedly faxed to [a university] by "pharmacist" ( see, 'COMMENT' below)

(random thought: is it 'common practice' in the medical field to order prescription medications by 'bottle'?)

COMMENT: The 'fax' may not have come from the pharmacy or from Dr. Kapoor - it may have been leaked by someone at 'a local prestigious university'....

as-yet unanswered questions:

1) when did Stern arrive in the Bahamas? did this coorelate to the 8/25/06 order for 'injectable' methadone?
2) was Anna on 'injectable' methadone prior to Bahamas?
3) any history of prior injectables of any substance other than Vitamin B12/B ?
4) any other drug shipments for which airbills have yet to be located? (specifically injectables/syringes)
5) When did Eroshevich first arrive in the Bahamas? any 'hand-carried' filled RX's brought in by Eroshevich?
(specifically, injectables and/or syringes)
6) history of RX's filled at Bahamian pharmacies? (specifically, injectables and/or syringes)
7) prior history of suppository use by Anna?
8) indications of suppository use by Daniel?

Hi all,
Just got home from work and appreciate all the posts so I can try to catch up.

Could HKS DNA, if gotten, then be used in investigating Daniel's death...his DNA found under Daniel's fingernail or something? Could it be used in ANS investigation if found on something incriminating, like needle used to inject possible fatal injection if no fingerprint, but a hair or flake of skin or something?

ET does set up questions. She already knows the answers. It's to get CR** out in the public and keep the story alive. Vibes??? Give me a break!! They didn't know much about Daniel. I think they only knew Anna for a couple of years.

Are you sure this is a NEW interview...within the last couple of days?? They were fighting with Anna like cats and dogs in October and there was an order to evict her.

I think it may be a new one but with ET it's soooooooooo hard to tell. They hold on to interviews and outttakes. One thing I noticed about the Shelleys/Thompsons it never seemed like they were angry at Anna. It seemed that all of their anger is directed to Howard.

Yes - very odd about Thompson - and Ford Shelley is saying this same thing now? I just don't know what to think about this flip flop. So are they trying to imply that he did take his own life - or that he died of his anorexia or something? He didn't look anorexic in his last photos.
