Why would: "How come I'm so tired?" be some kind of sign that anything was wrong??
It doesn't even make sense under the circumstances. It's some kind of filler line...and Howard leaves the possibility that it occurred at anytime until his time of death.
Does it work at 1:00 AM? Does it work at 7:00 AM??
It really doesn't work in either frame.
I'd say the kid would need 24 hours at least. That was a lot of stress...

Sad that it seems she was very insecure and yet such a beautiful woman -- when she was sober. She didn't need to destroy her life and probably could have had a good career with her height and her beauty if she had kept her wits about her and had "good" management.

Good question. I think they agreed with the cause of death as being drugs, but hadn't decided if it was due to an accidental drug over dose, homicide, or suicide. The up coming inquest will give them more information from witness testimony. They will then attempt to decide how all those drugs got into Daniel.
Dang, my mind is blank and I can't think of the correct medical terminology. One is cause of death and I think the other one is method of death, but that doesn't sound right.

Disappointing, HKS gets away with it.
