What gag order? The Florida case and her involvement is ended. ANS is buried. She is under no gag orders.
I saw that and commented at the time. I worked for an airline, and when my daughters were teenagers, we used to go to a restaurant in LA where the rock stars would hang out. The owner and waitresses got to know us and would take the girls to the tables to meet celebrities. They got to meet Slash. He was very nice, and gave the girls some guitar picks for souveniers. I think they have "Guns and Roses" on them...they're somewhere in the house. They met Axl Rose, also. One time we all went to one of their drummer's apartments....he was so nice...can't remember his name... and he pointed to a guitar in the corner that was Slash's. I think they were roommates at the time. (I can't remember, but many years later, I'll bet the girls still do.)
Believe me, I never condoned some celebrity lifestyles, with drugs, etc., and my girls knew this. They were just thrilled to meet the people they saw in celebrity magazines while going through the "star struck" teenage years. What was good is that the girls came away from it knowing that these celebrities were "just people" who became famous. We have so many stories to tell....lots of good and fun memories!

Going off the top of my head -- all need to be verified -- he filed in the Bahamas around October 6th and the BC was "signed" around October 23rd.
I think it was Opri's hard words and her ball breaking attitude and her push for Stern's DNA... when actually the push should be for the baby's DNA. I understand why she was trying to get Stern's DNA but I think I would have persued it after today's hearing in the Bahamas if something did not move forward after today in the Bahamas.
I like Opri very much but when it comes down to it she was a little over the top and I think it bothered Larry. It could be that her approach with Larry was much the same way, as in hard core. It could be that she was accusing Larry of doing things behind her back when he was not. It may be that Opri never did trust Larry and she was worried that Larry would give in to Stern and that ruined the client/atty relationship between them. I don't think Larry is foolish and I don't think Larry at this point thinks he must "make a deal" with Stern.

It was signed on Jan 3, 2006 as best as I can tell. Wasn't he supposed to be makin' babies then? Wonder why he would have to sign a confidentiality agreement during that period?
