Steines, with his close association/friendship w/HK$ could be a candidate for being subpoenaed. Who distributes ET? KingWorld? I would guess that their legals are planning for any scenario...and could have told the producers to relieve Steines (quietly) from camera time. ET (via their distributors) may have already handed over unedited footage (the infamous plane ride back to the Bahamas after ANS death) and they may be sweating their (ET's) duplicity w/HK$.
Yeah, but now they are running with the defense of KE, so I don't know that ET seems to be very worried about it.
