You'd think if she committed suicide she would have updated her will to include Dannielynn and provided instructions on her daughters care and who would raise her.

Plenty of people who experienced the grief of losing a loved one have said that...sheesh!

BTW, did you all hear Virgie's lawyer just say she does IN FACT want guardianship of DanniLynn even if Birkhead is the father?

On Court TV. Jean Casarez has a source for a conversation inside the courthouse doors yesterday, between HKS and LB.

HKS: Why didn't you just call me? you didn't call me...we could have worked this out.

LB: We are working it out now, through a court, and if you try to present that will somewhere, you will be fought all the way through the appeals process.

I've been thinking this through. IF it's true ANS was refusing Daniel's calls (and HKS wasn't doing the deed to stop him) and ANS kicked Daniel out of the house, etc... then I don't get that she would suddenly be so bereft that she would want to die or kill herself.

I'm not certain I'm clear where my thinking is going, but if you believe one story it's hard to believe the other story and vis-versa.
