the time period is so that Stern can appeal and so that the appeals can be resolved. Word from Pinder is that Stern would lose the appeal because the DNA test was directed by the judge. If Stern didn't want the DNA test done he should have stayed home with the baby and faced the consequences of not following the judges direction.

But surely Stern would know that fact....so his appeal is simply a delay tactic.....which, again, means he is the "controller", "director". Grrrrr.
