I remember the other Henry VIIIs -- the BBC series, ANNE OF THE THOUSAND DAYS, MAN FOR ALL SEASONS, HENRY VIII with Charles Laughton. They were all more virile.

In my wildest fantasy I can't imagine that Rhys guy as Henry VIII.

In his youth Henry was quite the athlete. Won all the competitions. Of course it may have had something to do with the nobles realizing it wasn't really polite to beat the king.

BTW, if he wasn't really the father of his country, it wasn't for lack of trying.
