I like a little French Twist now and again.
(and -- oh yeah -- the hairstyle, too)

I rather admire males and their presentation myself. I just think Lake’s hairdo was spectacular compared to some of stuff I’ve seen in the last 30 some years.

Thanks! Aaaah, the Farrah, favored by guys for their girls everywhere. Not that we need proof.
Audrey Hepburn was just so lovely -she ‘made’ that hairstyle. Not many can pull it off.
Aaah, brings back memories. In high school, my sister talked me into getting the Dorothy Hammill cut. Not my best look. I grew it out into a Farrah special, then into the 80’s perms. I also sported the Jackie Kennedy bob as a preschooler.
There - that’s better. ;-)

not my grandma’s day...my great, great grandma’s day...(very long, parted in the middle, pulled up into a bun or a pinned up braid. Haven’t cut it in 12 years)

60% of the gals in HS had some version of the Farrah look. I talked my GF in my senior year to go for sumthin like this, instead. Though not as messy

And braids and pony tails,,how did they forget the ponytail? Like these?
Favored by too many hippie types perhaps? LOL. That said, I liked to wear them, too.

Aaah, very cute. Looks best with blonde/blondish hair, imho. But oh the fun she must have had with the hot rollers!

Not even a trim.
No, I live in the desert. It dries in an hour or so.

Audrey Hepburn, before my time.. but oh my, the most beautiful and graceful actress ever. It is said that at Hollywood parties, she would walk in and light up the room. I hope this link works, one of my favorites of her..
