The lettering is Klingon, but the last time I was at Kronos, the Klingon homeworld, they didn’t have any ships that resembled this.

You are right it is Klingon. It says “If found drop in any mailbox. Postage guaranteed.”

I was there just yesterday and this is a very old model, no longer used for intergalactic travel.
