No, I’m just saying, when I was ten years old I would try to lie to my mother to stay out of trouble.

I am not ten years old anymore and my wife is not my mother, so I cannot relate to grown men that feels the need to lie to stay out of “trouble”.

Wasn’t there a time when women liked men that were, you know, men.
