Various News Sources and FReepers | May 19, 2007 | All of Us

Posted on 05/19/2007 5:26:06 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!

Good morning!!

We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

Israel continues pounding Gaza in retaliation for a recent missile attack by Hamas against the Jewish State. Also in Gaza, factions are reported as fighting between themselves.

Tony Blair is being considered to head the World Bank after Wolfowitz leaves.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Great news, TOBY!

Adoption is such a stressful process in this country - probably for mostly good reasons - I’m glad it is over for you and yours!

Ah... fooey... doesn’t matter how much I proofread - something always gets left out... grrrrrr...

Should have included, “Placing her in the ‘new school’ will assure that when she gets into Jr.High, there will be at least 20 (probably many more) children who she knows from school, church, and the activities we’ll take part in over during the next two years.”

It's a Robert Burn's poem, IG, entitled "John Anderson, My Jo".....Jo meaning sweetheart and hill being the hill of life.

A dear Irishman, visiting in our town, came to my class at my invitation and recited it in his Irish brogue.

All but one of my students were delighted....the one? A rude girl who put her head down on her desk. (If I'd had a 2 x 4 handy, I would have laid her in the aisle and taken the consequences. Needless to say, she felt my wrath in words later.)

Just came in from helping put up a pool and to do the entrance landscaping to the house, I am toast, feel like it anyhow and in fact the top of my head is burned.

I noticed that you like Bud Cramer almost as much as I do!

I don’t care for carter. He has a wicked mouth. He acts like a small minded man. He is especially wicked when he speaks of President Bush. He even asked Russia for help to defeat candidate Reagan, therefore I call him wicked.

Hi prairie. Are you still travelling?

What a lucky boy Trevor Jason is to have such a loving family. Lucky, lucky, the Lord has blessed him.

Good Morning!

Absolutely. Our children certainly are learning the value of work and savings.

Good morning! Beautiful day here and more yard work is on the horizon. I am going to early mass (hubby is sleeping in because he went last night while I was finishing cooking for our dinner guest). Lots more work to do in the garden, but since it is a lovely day it won't be a chore.

I have to agree with everyone; Carter is an evil man. How he ever got the presidency I do not know...maybe a pact with Satan.

Good Morning ladies!

We'll be heading to a later Mass, as my usher crew has the 11:00 Mass.

Excitedly awaiting for the return of our eldest daughter to return from France. (This week!)

Youngest daughter has had dance recitals the past 2 nights. The dancers are from 5 years old up to 18. Some of the dances by the little ones were just precious!
