very carefully, you need a really consistant orchestra and a really good soundman to pull it off. or if you get the orchestra to fake it, then it's really easy.

It was billed as “Live”. It was a “One Woman Show” where she did a bunch of song and dance numbers. Not sure if there was a “live” orchestra. Caused a bit of a flap when it happened.
