Heard Rush talking about this today.
Long term, we're just making the eventual train wreck worse.
But our elected officials hope to stave it off until after they are dead.
Nope. They drain it. They’ll bring their aged and infirm parents over and stick ‘em on SS, Medicare and Medicaid so fast it will make people’s heads spin.
Heck, if they don’t have ‘em, they’ll make ‘em up for the checks...
What was Rush’s opinion of this? Please tell me he wasn’t repeating the administration’ talking points.
As for the Rats, they just want a bigger power base.
Bottom Line: Rush thinks this bill will destroy America as We know it. I’m so glad he’s on board.
And why would illegals continue to work for free when they can be collecting checks and food stamps after being legalized????
They’re too chicken-shit to try and change the failing programs but, not too scared to try and push this BS on the American public.

They get Earned Income money FROM the IRS...
And workmans comp and SS benefits if they’re injured on the job. Smart folks We got working up there in DC.

They just have to say they are ‘depressed’. Of course, with an interpreter, paid by YOU! They will also have free legal services to get them through the process.
I’ll say that again...when they hit 40 and haven’t been required to learn English, they go on disability whether they ever paid in or not! And when you get SSI, you get food stamps, etc, ad naseum.
The good civil servant said there are already many Hispanic language web sites set up to guide their flock on how to apply. The SS offices are required to tell applicants where they can get help with applications. You can bet there are plenty in Arabic and other languages as well.
I think they do understand, but don’t care.
I do not oppose amnesty, but I cannot understand why we should make any more people beneficiaries of our bankrupt public welfare system. Illegal aliens especially do not belong in this country, and even after amnesty, we cannot tax our citizens to subsidize them for Social Security, supplemental security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, public housing, or any other public-welfare benefit except deportation. Doing so not only severely strains our already severely indebted national treasury but also encourages more welfare queens to jump the border and immigrate illegally.
That’s it folks: we should expect extreme tax hikes over the next several years in addition to the demise of the tax cuts of this decade and any extortionate carbon-dioxide-emissions tax that the Democrats declare. Prepare to fork over 70% of your income to the government instead of 40% now. Anyone want to guess what that dramatic increase in an already confiscatory tax burden—whether concentrated on the “rich” exclusively or spread over the “middle class” also—will do to unemployment?
Even if tjose that are illegal now become legal, how long til they no longer want sub wages? They will move into higher paying jobs, vacating their present low wage paying jobs, leaving openings for a new influx of illegals to fill. So, even IF the latest scamnesty does add to the SS coffers, they money will soon be sucked up by the next generation of bloodsuckers.
As the President says, the bill now under discussion in the Senate isn’t [only] an amnesty bill. It’s a bill to bankrupt the country lavishing social-welfare benefits on illegal border-jumpers and foreign criminals. A pure amnesty bill simply would legalize the status quo—illegal immigrants can work but cannot receive social-welfare benefits [unless they commit identity fraud]. We also desperately need to secure our southwestern border against the transnational criminal gangs who presently control it and the terrorists who now can infiltrate it with ease and connections in the Mexican underworld.
