Prosecutors say Javier Morales being chased by state police early Sunday morning when the SUV collided with the taxi. Killed was 23-year-old Paul Farris of Medford. The Tufts University grad was the lead singer in a Boston-based rock band and was planning to attend law school.

Farris' girlfriend and the cab driver suffered serious injuries in the crash.

Killer SUVs on the loose. I am sure Mr. Morales, despite his suspended license, tried his best to avoid the situation but lost out to the killer SUV. (sarcasm)

Apparently the SUV was not a fan of his music.

Just killing the musicians that Americans won’t kill.
Morales is a vital necessity in Ted Kennedy’s Massachusetts. He might not have a driver’s license, but he’s probably got a Democrat voter registration, and that’s what counts. Too bad for the family of the murdered young man.

The state cop who gave chase obviously didn't get the memo.Massachusetts is a "sanctuary state",as declared by our former Attorney General and our current Governor.I predict that he'll be fired within a week.

I kid you not!

actually I meant to say Tom Scholz. As I always understood, the great sound of Boston was really that of one man, a young family man-engineer who worked at Poloroid and at night with the aid of lo-cost overdubbing technology was able to make create and engineer almost a “one-man band”. The poor Brad Delp and the others were actually contracted to reproduce the sound in concert on the road. Always thought Scholz was genius.
