The US Constitution requires a President to protect the people of the US for any foreign threat. It does NOT authorize that President to ignore that duty so he can buy votes by shoveling out loot from the Federal Treasury. Yet Congressman Paul promised to DO that every thing last night. No, but he does want to reduce federal spending and federal taxes so that "we can take care of education and medical cares that are needed here in this country."
