The same crap happens on the South Side of Chicago (Englewood Neighborhood) when a pedestrian gets hit by a car, especially a kid. The 'residents' go native and kill anyone in the car. And there's never any witnesses either.

I feel a bit nostalgic about Juneteenth. It was my father-in-law’s birthday and, as he always had a number of people of color working for him, he would have a big party.
Lots of people (not in Texas) don’t know what Juneteenth is or why it’s celebrated.
I’m actually surprised they were celebrating it in that lovely apartment complex.
But if we all try a little harder, every thread will be. Get to work!

Bingo. This is I'm sure what happened. Blacks are upset that Hispanics are the new "protected minority" in America and they don't like it. They probably directed their rage at this guy especially because he was Hispanic. For all of the complaining we hear from black leaders, the average black person really does think of themselves as true blue Americans and the hispanics are "interlopers". I never really grasped this until I went to the Santa Monica Pier. I heard a cop talking about how there is always trouble between blacks and Hispanics. I got to see this first hand. It's only a matter of time until there is a full out war between the two groups.
Well, look carefully at the pic of the crowd offing the motorist passenger. Tell me what they have in common.
