"Our goal is clearly NOT to find a qualified U.S. worker....our objective is to get this person a green card...so certainly we are NOT going to try to find a place where applicants world be most numerous."
Lawrence M. Lebowitz - Vice President of Marketing - Cohen & Grigsby

This quote is about 1 minute 40 seconds into the video that is about 5 minutes long.
Unbelievable!
Please ping this to others on FR who would be interested. Thanks!
Mods moved this post from News to General Chat. This video is amazing in its frontal assault on the U.S. worker. Please Ping all you know who would be interested. Thank you so much!
Posted again? Sheesh.
They changed the title! Do you have the thread? I will ask the moderators to change THEIR titles.
Short of a YouTube video showing a nuke exploding over Dodgers Stadium, YouTube videos (and links to them) do not belong in Front Page News. Please make a note of it.
This is probably the way things are going to be, but if somebody wanted to read a blog or watch something on utube or google some stats and specs he would not follow a shill-link on FR but would go to utube or blogs or google and then say something about it on FR if something were worth saying in the context of Conservative discussion.
It seems, in some instances at least, is better to be a crimmigrant than a U.S. citizen.
I found this article from the Inquire:

Pardon my ignorance. Who or what is PERM?
:(
Poster didn’t use the right title.
Wall Street rewards companies when they to hit their forecasted numbers which means lower O&M which means higher the cheapest labor in India/China......
This story has already been posted all over for a few days.
PERM is loosely the beginning of the process of employers filing for green cards for their foriegn workers. These are primarily for H1Bs who have been working in the company for up to 6 years. Contrary to popular belief, employers don’t have to seek Americans first when looking to fill a position with an H1B. Six years later, when they want to begin the green card process for the foreign worker, that’s when they need to advertize......a rather stupid thing if you ask me, because in reality, there’s really no open position - since someone’s been working in the position for the past 6 years. It results in wasting everyone’s time, and finding ways of going round the law as evidenced by this video.
“... moved from News to General Chat. This is important!”
Care to explain way it’s important ..??
If you ask me, I'd say something stronger than that. Thanks for the info.
