C'mon! Don't you see anything unusual about a 12:01 AM time stamp? Anything at all?

Wikipedia obviously has time-stamp software issues, like it can't tell time and simply sets the time for all posts in a given day to "12:01 AM". But don't let that get in the way of a good conspiracy theory....

12:01 a.m. Hmmmmm. If the real killer, whose glove I found by the way, posted the news before the police found the bodies, then she must want to be caught. “Catch me before I bodyslam again”

I did think that the 12:01AM time stamp was odd, but why default to 12:01AM and not 12:00AM? My VCR does.

That really doesn't make any sense what-so-ever. It would have to be hard-coded that way. I.e. the 1 minute past mid-night part is the problem. This post almost certainly was made 1 miniute past midnight, as Google is stating.

Had the timestamp been "12:00(:00) AM", then one could better make your argument. Because if the value goes in as a date and not a time-stamp, then 12:00:00am is the inherited timestamp for that date value.

From the article:

“The computer-generated time and date stamp of the Benoit entry are listed as 4:01, 25 June 2007. Wikipedia.org lists its entries according to Universal Time, also known as Greenwich Mean Time.”
