“We lived in Roswell at the time, although I was very small. One of my aunts was a nurse at the hospital and was good friends with one of the ambulance attendees. They both swore that the story was true. Aunt’s friend was on one of the ambulances that was sent to pick them up. Everyone that was involved in any way was sworn to silence by officials. My aunt told what she knew before she died.”
The military never set out to cook up an alien ufo crash story to materialize, but when it got started by some people with overactive imaginations, they soon realized it would make for a great cover story. So they tested it to see if this could be useful in the future during the cold war and to see how long the ufo crash story would hold up. Once the story got out, the military basically only had to deny it to keep the story going, which fit perfectly with the paranoia that some people have about government coverups. The military did such a good job at generating a cover story through denial that when the true story was finally revealed, some people still didn’t believe it. Even now 60 years later the alleged cover-up story is still going strong because the original people who were tricked into beliveing a ufo crashed have convinced the next generation and so on. These deathbed statements just keep adding more fuel to the paranoia.
Ummmm, Ok. But I can come closer to believing in UFOs than I can in humans causing global warming, or even just global warming. I just don't believe God created one planet of people in all the vastness of space, whether UFO have actually visited us or not.
