... probably because they are bored stiff ...
The father of one of the boys said the charges were a mistake: "I think it's just kids hanging out together and having a little wild time, that's all."
I dont think those teens were born terrorists.
So how did they become terrorists ?
Winslow Township High School is in the town right next to mine. And this is the type of area people move to in order to escape crime.
I hated people in my high school... I really hated people in my high school but I never thought of killing them in a real sense. Hell, we had guns all over the house back then and it never would have occured to me to take one in to school and unload on them.. What is with these kids lately?
Boredom, internet, violent video games, movies, MSM who praise terrorists as “freedom fighters”... any combo of the above probably lays a good foundation for it.
Did hate drive Timothy McVeigh to blow up the government building in OKC in 1995 even though he knew that there was a child day care in the building ?
Oops, never mind. I see this is an older story.
Typical schoolboy angst. I HATED the Tony Soprano wannabes and a-shole sport-os/jocks I went to school with, but I NEVER wanted to pull a Columbine. Maybe bust in some skulls with a Louisville slugger, but not go on a shooting rampage.
One would think so, considering its location, but I don't know for certain. I really never met another family around here from Philly originally, though I've met some from suburban/rural PA. It seems most of the people I've met around here are native to the state of NJ. Others I've met are from various different states.
Washington TWP in Glouscestor County is known as “the New South Philly.”
I’d heard that, too. Come to think of it, I met someone there, and she might be from South Philly. This incident happened in Winslow, though, but Washington Twp. isn’t too far away.
Bingo!
The public school system reflects the rottenness prevalent in our society.
