Saw one of mine this morning. Petty, passive aggressive types who pace a large truck or other slow vehicle and hold up and entire roadway during rush hour.
People who drive too fast in rush hour traffic and cut in and out of traffic. They cause wrecks and slow down traffic for all of us.
