Funny, I kinda look like that guy, LOL (on a bad day). So this guy was had a prior arrest, and was pending trial? ASSuming he is illegal, why the freak is this guy here? I mean, I know, you cant just deport them all, and alot of them (most) are probably good people, but THESE types should be tagged and DEPORTED at ONCE.
If he is not an illegal, then "never mind".
None of the news agencies are yet saying what his current trial is for.
