What was going through his mind when he wrapped the duct tape around his head?.....Not much happening between his ears. Possible Darwin Award?

We've seen this duct tape bandit before . . .

L.O.L.....I used to be able to see Red Green in Seattle on Public television but down here in “sophisticated L.A.” he’s not on. Guess I’ll have to go to Fry’s and buy the complete set....

If the tape don’t fit you must acquit....

He thinks he’s a black gangsta, judging by the jailhouse video.

This story has had me laughing for 24 hours. Even our tiny radio station mentioned it this morning. But the words don't come near the visuals!

Here's a useless bit of technical information on 'Duct Tape'.
In almost every AIA Project Specification (commercial construction) I have seen in the last 20 years or so, Duct Tape is PROHIBITED from use to seal the ductwork's (galvanized sheet metal) seams and joints . The only allowed application if at all is on Flexible Duct connection to a ceiling diffuser (air outlet). But even then other components are used first to make it air tight. The tape is pretty much for appearance purposes.
There's good reasons why Engineers specify that. But it is kind of funny, No Duct Tape on Ducts.
