“Unauthorized bonfire in a residential area” might be a worthwhile charge, especially if it’s a drought area.

"Unlicenced Bonfire" that's gotta be considered terroristic activity. Why were regular cops dealing with ths? Doesn't Waukesha have a SWAT team?
