Shag, I'm gonna disagree with you here - respectfully of course. :) If the charter school receives Federal funds, it may indeed have to follow all of the same rules and regulations the public schools follow, including freedom of expression. I think this case has serious legs and is just one of many to come.
The piper will always call the tune and Federal money is never free.
