On Feb 2 1974, An Episode of All In The Family was aired titled "Gloria's Boyfriend" about a retarded delivery man who had a crush on Gloria (When she was actually semi-hot) I need to know the name of the actor who played the retarded guy. He appeared in almost every series during the 70's and early 80's Usually playing a dumb thug or someone of diminished capacity.
