I've bought my gifts all year and stashed them. Last minute gifts were ordered online.

I hate the Christmas crowds at the Malls and refuse to drive around for 2 hrs looking for a parking place. UGH...

Our office collected and donated 1440lbs of canned goods to the local pantry.

Last minute emergency gifts usually consist of ornaments and baskets of fresh fruit, chocolates and wine.

I HAVE to have a batch of homemade divinity. :)

What's somewhat scary is that the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday) our big mall here opened at 1am. Out of sheer morbid curiosity, my brother and I went there and not only was the parking lot "plum full", but the aisles and stores were jam packed and a few fights broke out.

I haven't been back there since...

Another one who does the all year thing. My problem here is that I sometimes put them away so safely and end up having to buy another gift as I cannot find the original. Did that about 3 times with one person before they finally got the gift fortunately there was nothing edible in it.

I like to wonder round the local shops before Christmas but do not see the appeal of going to a large shopping centre this time of year.

I am thinking of doing some homemade peppermint creams will post the recipe later tonight.
