My cupboards and freezers are stocked to the brim. I have the fresh filters in the reverse osmosis water purifier, bags of charcoal; oil for the lamps, if the electricity goes out.
If it hits here - don't leave the house for anything. You'll be fine.
If the electrcicity goes out what do you do with all the meat in the freezers after four days?
