Not long ago there was a commercial for Mug rootbeer I think and their campaign was about people being "thick headed". In one commercial a guy is in for an interview and he thanks the employer "Thanks Mr. Dumbass I really appreciate the opportunity Mr. Dumbass." The interviewer responds "Its Dumass."
The words "Thick Headed?" slam onto the screen. It didn't last long.
