Uuuuuuhhhh .................. Maybe I'm not seeing the BIG PICTURE here but judging from the results of their efforts I would that the vast majority of our teachers are abject failures with chips on their shoulders. In my opinion they are vastly over rated and paid way beyond what their performance justifies.
