A buddy of mine is going to be pissed. He shelled out major bucks for the “complete” collection of the series on DVD and I’m betting this isn’t on it.
At least the omission is excusable, given that it’s attached to a different series with different rights issues. In the inexcusable category of TVD releases are Universal’s time-compressed (for syndication) Night Gallery episodes of Season 1, and the unrestored Wanted: Dead or Alive episodes that are missing a minute of material (also due to the use of syndication masters).
