Crown is pretty smooth to begin with but I would have expected her to wince a bit.
She’s either used to it or..............ice tea? :-) No kidding. Not necessarily wince per say but even taking a sip and then to immediately start talking to someone like that is a sign of familiarity with the beverage.
So she's a lush or it was watered down. I'd guess she's a lush.

My guess is watered down, maybe just tea.
HRC does not drink to excess or do drugs, as she needs to keep her mind clear in order to pursue her true addiction. Her only addiction is to power, and she will do anything to get her fix.
