[#1] If tire is going down, driver must pit immediately. (except for Dale Jr.)
[#2] NO racing Dale Jr. for the win. (its been 2 years!)

LOL..you might add.....any crash involving Jr. is automatically NOT his fault...

nobody here old enough to remember Sr?????.....how many people did he push aside to win a race?.....plenty....
