amazing to me that any incident is attacked if it in anyway diminishes juniorrr.....Jr came down on the #18...clear to see....neither driver gave an inch and that is what Dale Sr would have called racing.....

I wish the MSM and the announcers would stop being such homers for their golden boy...its really embarrassing..

Well, I personally enjoyed watching Clint pace himself quietly up through the pack and then lay back just far enough to take advantage of the inevitable altercation...;^) I just wish he drove a Ford.

This incident -- and many, many others involving the lesser Busch -- diminishes NASCAR.

Yes, I'm an 88 fan, but I respect and honor good racing and good sportsmanship (as generally exhibited before tonight by Hamlin, for instance) from them all, but Busch's conduct and in-your-face attitude about his own sleazy driving are over the top.

If tonight's intentional caution and wrecking had been perpetrated by Earnhardt, I'd be just as angry. If he'd done it and mocked his detractors afterward, I'd be as ashamed of him as I am of UnderBrusch and of the sanctioning body.

Busch should be curbed before he ruins the sport (if he and others like him haven't already, facilitated and sheltered by Helton's shameless commercialism). Hamlin should lose some points, as should Saint Joe...
