Rose...you like the J. Herbin inks, no? I keep meaning to ask you for ink opinions. My one experience with a Herbin ink was a used bottle of Verte Reseda that someone gave me, and it’s just too light a color for me - I don’t have any seriously broad nibs, and I think it kind of needs that to even be readable. I’ve been a little nervous about trying any other Herbin inks sight-unseen as a result...
I should really just try adding some black to that bottle, a few drops at a time, and see what I come up with.
I just bought another bottle of blue, but I’m still wanting a nice purple someday, and J. Herbin has a couple of inks that look pretty on-screen, but...
