You’re right-—Desormeaux was nearly “hard-holding” him in the early stages of the race, then at the head of the stretch or thereabouts, he was a bit boxed in,running third, and was very nearly taken up a little. That’s the point where I knew Kent would swing him to the outside, because there was nothing else to do, then he came up alongside the other two, Kent looked back, and accelerated, and looking at it you just knew it was all over.
