Jeeze Louise.... If you call it fritatta, you can charge $7.95. Scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese go for what... 4 bucks at the IHOP?

And I can do either in the house for about 90 cents...

;)

Sell the fritatta.

Bo Diddly did the whole spin, crash, burn, cardiac, scenario just yesterday. Mainly the cardiac thing.

I was listening to the music of a friend not here. A glass empty, as it were.

I can tell the difference between a frittatta and scrambled eggs...a frittatta is a quiche with no crust and no milk...no, wait...;-))

Frigging menu price and presentation is all of it. You can NEVER let the customer say.... hey! This is just scrambled eggs.

Sell it.... I will make it pretty.

I'm not a kitchen barstid, though.

Would you like some polenta?

But isn’t polenta just fried grits?? Ooops...(and there IS a difference when you make aq Dutch Omlette — it’s the Trippel Bach or Frambois you serve with it...)...;-))

You HAVE TO admit that polenta sounds better than cornmeal mush, either fresh, or kept overnight and fried.

I eat bread soaked in coffee and small wine for breakfast, with a little sugar on top. I'm traditional.

Then, we go make cheese! And plant trees along the Ch.... er... and I am from Texas.

Really? And what is 'small wine' praytell??? ;-))

Making cheese is divine. Just like making bread. And soup. (Old French saying: Only the pure of heart can make god soup. ;-)))

like apple cider without the sparkle. Something like musty grape juice.

I don't have the right words in either language.

Sucks to get old.
