Thank President Bush and VP Cheney
Vanity

Rather than just griping about things - why not do something?

Let President Bush and Vice President Cheney know that you deeply appreciate their efforts to keep us safe and prosperous.

The world is indeed safer

1) During the Bush Administration Libya gives up its nuclear weapons program.

2) During the Bush Administration the black market from Pakistan led by A.Q.Kahn for nuclear weapons technology is broken up.

3) During the Bush Administration North Korea begins dismantling their plutonium enrichment reactors.

4) During the Bush Administration Israel and the U.S.A. destroy Syria’s nuclear weapons enrichment reactors.

5) During the Bush Administration, Saddam Hussein who said quite clearly while in jail awaiting his trial that he would have had the U.N. sanctions broken and be in full production of WMDs within a year. That would be the years 2004 - 2005 approximately that Saddam would have been re-armed with WMDs. It now goes without saying the obvious that Saddam will not be getting nuclear weapons anytime soon. Nor will he be directly funding and training the terror group ‘Islamic Jihad’ which is al-Qaeda and whom blew up two U.S. embassies. (see the recent: Iraqi Perspectives Project).

6) During the Bush Administration the U.S.A. has nuclear weapon ambitious Iran pinned in on both sides from Afghanistan and Iraq which is pure strategic genius.

Under Clinton the countries Pakistan and India successfully test nuclear weapons and North Korea begins plutonium enrichment.

They are on the down slope end of their run.. and the flag is still lying, as it should.

No easy feat considering the paths they have chosen to go down, many laden with dangers and intrigue not for the faint of heart.

Kudos for keeping a Republic under attack and its freedoms and liberties for the most part intact.

I’ll miss Barney and clan and especially, Cheney’s media day hunting excursions.

It’s been one heckuva ride.

Hubby and I are feeling the gas pinch, but it's not killing us yet. Unemployment is still low at 5.5 percent. We haven't got mass starvation. Our electricity is not only on but working fine, as evidenced by the fact that all of us are online, which means we must be able to afford the Internet subscriptions and, in the cases of dialup and DSL, phone service, which also costs money.

Food costs more because rich people who hate this country are fiddling with oil futures in order to get Obama elected dictator, but we are not starving.

What's your favorite TV program? Or do you only watch the sport of your choice?

Compare to the average resident of, say....Sudan.

Yes. "Prosperous".

Compare to the average resident of, say....Sudan.

That is the most idiotic response I have ever, in my adult life, been subjected to.

I’d rather thank Jim Demint and Jeff Sessions they want to protect the borders. Bush doesn’t.

Hmmm...you answer a rational argument in favor of our overall prosperity with an insult containing not one shred of rationality. Not a good comeback, Sunshine.

I’m in total agreement.

On top of what you listed, I thank them both for tax breaks, (those have put close to $8K back into my pocket over the years), his SCOTUS appointments (Yeah, Yeah, we had to do some standing up and shouting...but he listened!), and the deaths of Hussein and his evil, evil, TRULY EVIL sons.

I think that’s more than we can expect from ANY President in eight years, all the while being sniped at DAILY by the media and governing over a pack of THIEVES and TRAITORS in The Worst Congress Ever, bar none!

Take that crap somewhere else.

In Texas a fence is being built under the Bush Admin.
In Texas immigration employment laws are being enforced under the Bush Admin.

Like I said, this is a positive thread. Take your crap somewhere else.
