Good Monday morning everybody. Apparently Tiger Woods and Rocco Mediate will play 18 holes against each other today. I’d figured it would just be a “sudden death” sort of play-off.
In other personal news, daughter has another job fair and interview tomorrow.

Thanks so much. We are learning in this business decisions might not be made until late in the summer. It can be a roller coaster ride.
We went to the zoo yesterday and enjoyed it until I apparently had too much of this strong southern sun, or got overheated or something. Felt rather ill so we cut the last couple of exhibits out and came home.
I’d only worn a visor, think I needed a good shade hat.
Just a heads-up, there will be a week of tributes to Tim Russert. Ugh!
Let’s see, as a trekie would say,”The election has been ramped up to multie digits because We’ve never been there before?” Not because “he’s too black” but because he threw his twp grandmother and mother under the bus because they made him half caucasian.
I think I’ll have that for breakfast with bacon. Yum.
I love the zoo! But I have to be careful as well. I must pace myself and not try to cram everything in. Longer and slower works better for me.
Goodnes, I didn’t realize Tim was that important to receive all this coverage. And these readers think they’re reporters. What a farce. We have the laziest group of “news” spreaders in all the world, in my humble opinion. All they do is report what one another says, they even use the same pictures, over and over. NOW that’s lazy, they can’t even dig up new pictures. I haven’t watched but a couple bits of Tim’s passing. He was a good father and Christian, but I .... but he reported just like the rest of them on Sunday morning...they just repeat one another. They all follow the party line.

Have you all read about the child who was beaten to death on the highway in Turlock? OMgoodness! And I have yet to hear it on the news. I guess we will, once the Tim Russert death is taken off the front page. Not soon enough for me. Yes, sad, but we need to move on....

Molly, yes, I keep thinking I didn't know him ( Tim ) to be that way...it's sad, he was too young, his child too young to lose his father, but it happens! Let's not make him a saint because of it!

While having our snack at lunchtime, I think I heard Rush say something about the msm treating Tim as a hero. I can think of 3 Heros right here on FReepers. One joined the Regulars on the Army’s Birthday, one is scheduled back to the sand box and one is already “playing” in it. Now THOSE ARE HEROS, NOT a newsreader.
