Obama's world tour is getting scary (Vanity)

Posted on 07/24/2008 1:46:25 PM PDT by Scythian

'I come to Berlin as so many of my countrymen have come before. Tonight, I speak to you not as a candidate for President, but as a citizen -- a proud citizen of the United States, and a fellow citizen of the world.'

'People of Berlin -- people of the world -- this is our moment. This is our time.'

It's almost like he's out there trying to enlist the world against us, his own "supposed" country. He is the only presidential candidate to ever do this, and the germans are doing 24 x 7 coverage. Something is wrong folks? This is not how US candidates operate. It's almost as if he's petitioning the UN or something to just be declared the president for our own good. Are you guys getting this vibe? I hope it back fires on him and even the democrats realize who he is.

Haven’t seen it, but yeah, I agree, the man (or men) behind the curtain pulling the strings scares me, too.

Yep, you nailed it.

He’s not the anti-Christ...people will like the antichrist. The antichrist wouldn’t have just 45 percent of the vote!

Truth is, he’s a lot of hot air, IMHO. He had all that money and press backing and look how long it took him to put Hillary away. Now he’s got money, press, world tours, and where are his poll numbers going...NOWHERE.

I think pretty soon we’re going to see Obama fatigue setting in, just MHO.

If he is and we are among those who recognize him for what he truly is, then I have to say that’s a blessing. I know I won’t ever trust what he says, no matter how much “The World” loves him, so either way, I’m good.

I generally dismissed people who spoke of Obama as the AntiChrist. I don’t know if I can do that for much longer...
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I understand the feeling but I really think the actual Antichrist would have to be less of a goofball. Anyone with one eye open is shaking his head in amazement by now wondering how someone as goofy as Obama could become a Senator, let alone run for President. Anyone who still claims to think Obama would be a good President is either an evil pretender or as dumb as a truckload of bricks.

McCain’s people have put out a weak response. It was just posted here.

The only reason that they think he’s articulate and intelligent is because he’s telling them exactly the type of socialist, globalist bullcrap that they want to hear.

Its sort of like all of those liberals who tell you CNN is fair and unbiased. Of course it seems that way, IF you agree with the viewpoint they’re pushing.

'People of Berlin -- people of the world -- this is our moment. This is our time.'

Essentially, "anti-Americans and globalists unite!"

You know, I used to joke with my Christian friends about that. I’m not so sure it’s a joke, anymore. This guy is starting to line up with all the Biblical warnings. Spooky, isn’t it?

And his appearance at the German sausage restaurant was pathetic.

There is definitely something very creepy and surreal about the adoration of this idiot. It really is like a worldwide cult being born.

I just wish we had another candidate. I’m not a big fan of Romney, but I do think he would have battled Obama better than McCain. Even Rudy would be doing more than McCain. McCain does seem old and tired, and he has never been great on the issues. McCain is just better than Obama.

Ughhhhhh!!!

My theory on this world tour is that if he loses the election the Dems will scream and cry that there was mishandling of the absentee votes from overseas. They will say he had so much support from Americans oversees and that the absentee votes were tampered with.

Just the other day, I told an Obama kool-aid drinker that if this were 1932 and a few thousand miles away, he’d be standing in a bier garten singing “Tomorrow Belongs To Me.”

He didn’t get it then. But he’ll be pissed when he does.

The crap he’s selling globally doesn’t buy him a cup of coffee at home. I’m tired of him trying to use the United States as a door mat to run the world!

I always thought the anti-Christ would be smarter.

And a snappier dresser.

I think its pretty much a given that if Obama loses this election, his supporters are going to throw the biggest ‘stolent election’ tantrum you’ve ever seen. They think they have this one in the bag. This arrogant *** is already putting together a transition team.
