I have to back Lilo on this one. The police have no business making such comments. As a Conservatarian, I believe it's none of the police's business with whom Lilo sleeps.

The old broken clock syndrome.
Lilo has this one correct. She should add prosecutors to the list of those who should not disclose info inappropriately.
The US Constitution is the ultimate "Contract with America".

I knew she was a thespian.
BTW, do Conservatarians hang out in greenhouses and music schools?
To: Perdogg
It doesn't look to me like Lohan having "gone gay" has slowed down the pic snappers.......

No. Conservatarian means I am a conservative when it comes to defense and national security, but a libertarian when it comes to personal liberties, as opposed to a Liberal or a Social conservative. I am a staunch believer in Federalism. This is also known as “Neo libertarianism”, such as Neal Boortz or Larry Elder. Paleao-libertarians don’t believe is the war against Islamofascism.

She has finally found a person she can trust and it’s not shocking that it’s not a guy.

I was just being silly, but it’s good you know where you stand. More people should think about such things.
To: Perdogg
Firecrotch, just a thought...when your love life is so well known in the gossip columns that the police chief feels free to talk trash about it to a morning TV news reporter, it ain’t private anymore.

Lindsay Lohan on Friday had sharp words for the Los Angeles police chief who one day earlier was accused of outing the 22-year-old when he said the star of films like "Freaky Friday" had "gone gay." And John Kerry served in Vietnam

The police are supposed to enforce the laws. Lindsay sex life is none of his business, unless she breaks the law.

She’s a celebrity so its in the public interest to know. The same for Obama.

You and I was thinking the same at the same time. What part of town are you from.

police are supposed to protect public sexual misconduct?Police are supposed to MIND THEIR G-DD-MNED BUSINESS! I have been a mainline National Revuew conservative for more than 45 years, and hate to say this but Lindsay Lohan is totally correct.

that is the argument homosexuals use to justify sex acts in public restrooms
why does this cop know Lohan is engaged in homosexual acts?
what was she doing in public to allow him to have such knowledge?
seems like she is just another actress just pushing a public personal lie.

Because this is LA and a national story we tend to view it as just more hollyweirdness, but if you think of this in the context of your hometown police chief outing a local celebrity, i.e. a local tv or radio personality, you'll see how very tacky the chief's comments were. I certainly don't think it's actionable in court by any means, and this revelation, if true will probably actually increase her cache in tinseltown. Nevertheless, it's a remark that reflects more poorly upon the chief than it does Lohan.
